Uganda’s habitual conman and serial electoral thief, Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kagutema a.k.a. Museveni, has bought off Kenyans and Congolese from areas bordering Uganda to be fraudulently registered as members of his NRM, so they can vote for him in the upcoming general elections.

This was exposed yesterday when these foreign recruits, who are not Ugandans, showed up at NRM village-level elections in multiple areas near the borders with Kenya and the DRC. They were registered as legitimate party members, ready and set to vote exclusively for Museveni in the presidential election.

Smuggling foreigners to secure votes is yet another desperate tactic from the criminal Museveni, who is fully aware that Ugandans have already given him and his NRM a red card. The public has overwhelmingly embraced the political ideology of opposition parties and candidates, as seen in the previous general elections rigged by Museveni, as usual.

Immediately after the NRM’s village-level elections concluded, the panicked tyrant took to X to issue a hasty statement, boasting that he anticipates 20.8 million voters, numbers he has never seen before in this country’s history, proving just how desperate he has become.

Over his nearly 40-year misrule, Museveni has consistently demonstrated open disdain for democratic principles. He has publicly admitted his lack of genuine support among Ugandans and continues to cling to power through corruption, voter manipulation, and gross human rights abuses.

Since seizing power in 1986, the greedy dictator has never won a free, fair, and democratic election. His illegitimate grip on power has been upheld through coercion, militarism, and the systematic dismantling of political freedoms.

As Uganda approaches the 2026 general elections, Ugandans remain firm and unshaken in their resolve to end criminal Museveni’s reign of terror no matter what dirty tactics he deploys to salvage his collapsing regime.

Criminal Museveni is indeed flogging a dead horse; his downfall is inevitable
