Uganda, is enduring abnormally high rates of school dropout, with nearly half of all primary school students failing to complete the full cycle, and girls dropping out at a higher rate than boys due to challenges like extreme poverty, poor quality education, lack of motivation from the teachers and early marriage among others.

Credible reports show a staggering 94.4% dropout rate from primary one to sitting the final secondary school exams. Although specific figures may vary, the issue is significant enough to be considered a crisis – with girls being affected most.

Moreover, even the fewer children who persist to remain in school risk being stranded in classes without teachers to guide their studies in the upcoming third term.

This follows a stern warning from the Uganda National Teachers’ Union that educators will not report to their respective schools until the criminal murderous Museveni regime addresses their long-standing demands mainly about their living conditions and salary enhancement.

The blame for this crisis falls squarely on Janet Mwesigwa Makumbi Kataaha Museveni aka Maama Elephantiasis, an authoritarian and ineffectual figure who presides over education in her husband’s kleptocracy.

Uganda’s education system is collapsing under her stewardship.

Bereft of any mastery of policy, she was conveniently appointed by her criminal husband to run the Ministry of Education, not for competence, but to entrench the family’s grip on power.

Reliable sources also indicate that Museveni gifted the ministry after the Elephantiasis mistress had threatened to leave him and take the case to the media due to his insatiable lust and sexual immorality.

By June 2026, when Mama Elephantiasis took over the Education ministry, Criminal M7 had already accepted more than 128 children, all born out of the wedlock and thay all had trusted mafia agents taking care of them covertly.

Recalling that Education is the foundation of any nation’s future, it is evident that under Maama Elephantiasis, Uganda’s future remains uncertain.

Rather than safeguarding children’s education, she is preoccupied with dirty politics designed to sustain her husband’s four-decade-long despotism.

This ruthless woman, afflicted by elephantiasis, is best known not for reform but for unprofessionalism, intolerance and brutality.

She is infamously linked to extrajudicial killings that have widowed families and orphaned countless children.

Her insecurity manifests in issuing shoot-to-kill and torture orders against anyone perceived to threaten her marriage, while the nation’s education system decays.

Nine years ago, dictator Museveni appointed his wife to the sensitive Ministry of Education not to transform it, but to ensure Uganda remained shackled by ignorance.

Today’s unfolding crisis is no accident; it is part of a broader scheme to keep Ugandans illiterate and easy to control.

Fellow Ugandans, this is the very woman poisoning our children’s future, incapable of offering what she herself does not possess.

The time is ripe to rise en masse against the Museveni dynasty’s anarchy if we are to liberate our nation and build an inclusive, educated, and democratic Uganda.
