As we know, over the last 40 years, our country, Uganda ๐บ๐ฌ has witnessed outspoken patriots, both in the army and among civilians, who condemned foreign criminal despot Museveniโs excesses, only for him to react by simply eliminating them one by one.
However, amid the crowd of trembling bootlickers who crawl before the senile foreign criminal despot Tibuhaburwa Kagutema a.k.a. Museveni, one man still stands out, and he is even capable of spitting straight into the eyes of this murderous, power-greedy tyrant. That man is none other than the fierce Maj. Gen. (Rtd) Kahinda Otafiire!
To unpack this, let me remind you that from the top hierarchy of the NRA/NRM, historical figures hold Resistance Officer (RO) service-number prefixes. Otafiire is RO/0014, while Museveni awarded himself RO/0001.
Most likely, you may have never posed to ask the whereabouts of RO/0002 – 0013? They were all killed by the notorious killer – foreign criminal despot Tibuhaburwa Kagutema a.k.a Museveni, all in order to maintain his grip on power.
Lucky enough, he has failed to do anything about RO/0014, Gen Otafiire, ultimately making him second-in-command.
Sycophants and opportunists in the now-crumbling junta of criminal Museveni are currently up in arms, fighting tooth and nail against fearless Gen Otafiire in retribution to his bold stance against injustices, human rights violation, and corruption, but all in vain, with Museveni watching helplessly.
For instance, a couple of days ago, Andrew Mwenda, a super minister without a portfolio, took to one of the local vlog sites to rant about how he had been reporting Otafiire to criminal Museveni, yet the latter did nothing neither firing Otafiire from the Cabinet nor scrutinizing Mwendaโs claims.
Mwenda went on to lament that even the de facto co-vice president, who also doubles as Museveniโs half-brother, Gen Salim Saleh Rufu, fears Gen. Otafiire greatly and cannot do anything about him, despite all the power Rufu possesses.
But why all this?
One of the most untold stories is that, without Gen. Otafiire, criminal Museveni would be nothing today. Otafiire is the unsung hero who actually made Museveni who he is today, leaving the disgraced despot with nothing to do but fear and silently worship Otafiire.
Elephant in the Room: Kahinda Otafiire recruited Museveni to join the liberation struggle
In 1972, Otafiire worked with anti-Idi Amin networks and deliberately recruited the foreigner Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kagutema โMuseveniโ among other youths of his time, to join the Front for National Salvation (FRONASA), which he had formed. He also facilitated Museveniโs contacts for training in Tanzania and later Mozambique.
Nonetheless, Museveni could not conceal his inherent hypocrisy and treacherous mafia moves. He championed lousy ideas of changing their original name – FRONASA to NRA/NRM and used this ticket to win the hearts/minds of Western imperialists who aided and abetted his rise to power be fronted as President.
As a Pan-Africanist and a patriot, Gen Kahinda Otafiire remained calm and peaceful even as Museveni grabbed the throne and mercilessly killed all the Banansiko and senior cadres who told him the truth about his mistakes.
Evidently, Museveni knew who the rightful President would be, and that is precisely why he fears Gen. Otafiire.
