The once celebrated revolutionary leader, has degenerated into a power-hungry relic, causing Uganda’s decline through corruption and mismanagement. His rule will be remembered for: – Deepened ethnic divisions. – Weakened institutions, – Leaving the nation economically stagnant and unprepared for the future. His legacy is that of a foreigner who ruined Uganda
in his selfish interests. Even the blind can see that Uganda urgently needs new leadership to recover from the severe damages he has inflicted.
