Have you ever wondered why greedy, power-hungry dictator Gen Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Museveni Kagutema remains reluctant to relinquish power despite persistent call for change from Ugandans, particularly the youth?
The answer is straightforward— the ruthless bloody dictator remains the primary beneficiary of State House resources, systematically diverting trillions of taxpayers’ money while Uganda sinks deeper into poverty and foreign debt. Currently, every Ugandan carries a debt burden of UGX 2.3 million.
In the 2024/25 Financial Year, the budget allocated to the residence of the Criminal Yoseri Tibuhaburwa aka Museveni and his wife stands at UGX 1 trillion. Breaking it down, this translates to a staggering UGX 2.8 billion spent daily, UGX 120 Million per hour, and over UGX 2 Million per second.
Meanwhile, the State House frequently seeks additional budgetary allocations under the vague category of “classified expenditure,” which our sick Parliament— led by the famous puppet scarecrow Anita Among, and dominated by the ruling NRM party— is obliged to approve without any further scrutiny.
This discretionary spending has become a tool for financial mismanagement, with UGX 80 billion recently allocated under this opaque classification.
To put this into perspective, the daily expenditure on just two individuals— inept dictator Museveni and ‘Maama’ Janet —matches what is spent on 37% of the population benefiting from government poverty alleviation programmes.
It is worth recalling that Museveni once declared that he does not serve Ugandans but rather works for himself and his family. The extravagant spending and unchecked financial practices within the State House only reinforce this statement.
Fellow Ugandans, how long shall we tolerate this deliberate destruction of our own country by a desperately dying old dude?
