Greedy barbarian Museveni’s crumbling junta is increasingly revealing its true colours in the final kicks of a dying horse.
For instance, criminal Museveni’s Somali half-brother, Gen Salim Saleh, infamously known as Rufu, who doubles as a de facto Vice President, recently invited Defense Attachés in Uganda to the Heritage Farm Command Post to boast about wealth – stolen from ordinary citizens.
The notorious thief was explaining what he called the strategic evolution of the UPDF and their engagement with the civilian population through Operation Wealth Creation (OWC).
“So for me, who has been at it for 20 years, I’m the happiest general because right now my balance sheet is 1 Billion USD.
Have you guys ever heard about a billion dollars at the bottom of the pyramid?” Gen Rufu scornfully told the defence attachés, who were visibly shocked.

It is well documented that these shameless foreign tyrants have been the masterminds behind economic theft schemes that have devastated the country, leading to extreme poverty since criminal Museveni seized power nearly four decades ago.
Particularly, General Rufu is the architect of Uganda’s prolonged economic distress spanning nearly 40 years under criminal Museveni’s rule.
Every year, this criminal syndicate embezzles trillions of shillings meant to alleviate poverty and improve the livelihoods of ordinary citizens.
Through the multi-trillion-shilling OWC schemes, which he oversees on behalf of the greedy tyrant Museveni, Rufu siphons resources, perpetuating economic inequality and systemic corruption.
Enough is Enough, it is time to wake up and act against these foreign criminals.
