Foreign despot criminal Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kagutema aka Museveni is increasingly making it clear that the lives of our fellow unemployed, miserable and starving Ugandans whom he has deliberately deprived of basic infrastructure, mean nothing to him.

This comes after the illegitimate despot shamelessly bribed each of the 400 NRM Members of Parliament who had been attending nine-day brainwashing sessions at his so-called Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi, giving them Shs 100 million each.

To whitewash this blatant act of graft, criminal Museveni scornfully claimed that the extravagant money “would help the largely financially strapped legislators during the swearing-in and in handling subsequent matters.” SMH!

Certainly, criminal M7 has other hidden treacherous motives, and this move will only worsen the misery of Ugandans, who are fed up with his 40-year-long bloody dictatorship that has deprived them of hospitals, schools, roads, and other basic infrastructure.

This comes barely months after criminal Museveni again bribed MPs from his NRM cabal of thieves, independents, and a few unscrupulous members of the opposition with Shs 100 million each, claiming it was a “token of appreciation” for the MPs’ so-called good behaviour.

This latest act of graft comes at a politically sensitive time, just after Ugandans massively rejected Museveni’s illegitimate junta by voting for the rightful leader of the people, HE Robert Kyagulanyi as our President, only for the former to mercilessly rig the victory and force the elected president into exile.

Hopeless criminal Museveni, who once vowed to leave State House in a coffin, is desperately surrounding himself with blindly loyal crooks, including the MPs he has just bribed.

Corruption is the very air Museveni breathes and the lifeblood that runs through his veins. It is an open secret that this power-hungry dictator thrives on corruption to maintain his grip on power.

Let us not forget: Museveni has made it a habit to bribe MPs. For instance, in 2017, he disbursed $3.5 million in a desperate attempt to have the presidential age limit removed from the constitution.

This shameless, bloodthirsty dictator believes he can manipulate everyone to impose his old, tired, and thuggish rule on poor Ugandans forever.

But the ball remains in the court of all Ugandans to rise up and change the status quo once and for all.

Power-greedy dictator Museveni should also be held to account and explain the origin of the money he uses to bribe his sycophants in his last kicks of a dying horse.
